1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Noble Trinity Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of You2Funds (https://you2funds.com). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the You2Funds platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Service

You2Funds is an AI-powered grant writing and funding discovery platform that provides users with access to a curated database of funding opportunities, including grants, loans, and awards, along with AI-assisted application drafting tools, document storage, deadline tracking, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Noble Trinity Media LLC, a division of Noble Trinity Media.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using You2Funds, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for use within the United States. Users outside the United States access the Service at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@you2funds.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

You2Funds offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@you2funds.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing upon 30 days' written notice.

Complimentary access may be granted at the sole discretion of Noble Trinity Media LLC and may be revoked at any time without notice.

6. AI-Generated Content — Important Limitations

You2Funds uses artificial intelligence to assist in drafting grant applications and related content. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information; (b) you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submission to any funding source; (c) Noble Trinity Media LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content; and (d) submission of any application is entirely at your own risk.

We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified grant writer, attorney, or financial advisor before submitting any funding application.

7. Funding Opportunity Information

The funding opportunities listed on You2Funds are compiled from publicly available sources and third-party data providers. Noble Trinity Media LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or timeliness of any funding opportunity listing. Funding programs may change, close, or have eligibility requirements that differ from what is displayed. Users are responsible for independently verifying all funding opportunity details directly with the funding source before applying.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information in any funding application
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Noble Trinity Media LLC personnel

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the You2Funds platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, database compilations, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Noble Trinity Media LLC and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "You2Funds" name and logo are trademarks of Noble Trinity Media LLC.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Noble Trinity Media LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noble Trinity Media LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOBLE TRINITY MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

In no event shall Noble Trinity Media LLC's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Noble Trinity Media LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Noble Trinity Media LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of any third-party rights.
